skeletons/activate: virthualenv's deactivate function collides with virtualenvwrapper's, so deactivate -> virthualenv_deactivate.
README.md: Update doc to reflect name change

virthualenv is deprecated, please use hsenv (where this is already implemented, see https://github.com/Paczesiowa/hsenv/issues/17 )
