3 years ago I think there is not much we can do about it right now. The only possibility would be to extend the trigger brush, but this needs to be done by ENTE.

High pinging players can occasionally end up behind an teleporter when the player is suffering an lag at the right time. Simulated for demonstration purposes with an /ping 100 bind. It seems that those are the only teleporter where it is possible (see screenshots). ~3aTmE!
