This project is almost perfect! Just a simple ticket system with a beautiful UI.

It would be great to invite customers (or family members) who could create tickets while logged in on end user portal.

What is burried under "Invitations"?

Under "invitations" you can accept/deny invitations to projects. You can invite someone to your project in the project settings
