目前在做旋转目标检测的任务，数据标注使用的是rolabelimg，但体验非常差。 一是无法平移拖动； 二是缩放锚点位于左上角而非鼠标位置。 这两点导致做大图标注极其费时，而目前尚未发现其他好用的旋转矩形框标注工具。 希望能做出一款好用的旋转框标注工具
