请求增加更改类别名称的功能 #206

现有类别列表中的类别名似乎无法更改。有时已经完成了大量手动标注工作，但突然发现类别名称需要更改的话，会造成很大的困扰。

附议附议，这个功能太重要了每次想改类别名就只能重做
