实例分割项目，导出数据集里的tiff显示不了 #226

我使用了paddlelabel-ml，交互式分割标出了图片的掩码，然后导出之后annotations文件夹里的tiff文件是损坏的，查看不了，有人碰到相同问题的吗或者知道怎么解决的

实例分割样例项目里的玩具我导出来的tiff文件也是损坏的
