Add torch vision IMPALA？ #617

its a fantastic job and really helpful for me! Is it possible to add torch vision IMPALA？

Hello, thanks for your interest in PARL. We are still working on adding more algorithms. The torch-based IMPALA is at our todo-list, but not at the top. The next algorithm to be released is MADDPG #598 . I recommend using the A2C algorithm at the moment.
