标题：EfficientNetV2模型复现没有收敛，不懂哪一步出的问题
版本、环境信息：

Paddle version: 2.2.2 Paddle With CUDA: True OS: Ubuntu 16.04 Python version: 3.7.4 CUDA version: 10.1.243 cuDNN version: 7.3.1 Nvidia driver version: 450.51.06
训练信息 1）单机单卡 2）显存信息 3）Operator信息：EfficientNetV2-S
复现信息：没有报错
复现环境：AIStudio单卡16GV100
复现步骤：这个项目，开启后顺序直接运行所有cell即可，运行的CIFAR100数据集，已检查过训练逻辑，训练resnet没有问题，问题应该是在模型结构上，帮忙看一下 https://aistudio.baidu.com/aistudio/projectdetail/3516150?shared=1

你好，不收敛可能是初始化的问题，可以加载pretrained model试一下，或者和官方的模型对齐一下初始化
