[XPU] fix bugs in processing of attention_mask and fix_seed_offset on XPU #64003

Description

Fix segmentfault caused by setting fix_seed_offset on XPU. Before retriving seed_offset, memcpy it from xpu to cpu. Cast attention_mask to fp32 if necessary.
