YOLOv4 tiny模型尚未开发，可使用PP-YOLO轻量化模型，速度和精度有很高的性价比：https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleDetection/tree/release/2.0-beta/configs/ppyolo#pp-yolo-for-mobile
