Support for wandb experiment management #3358

Hi, I'm an engineer at W&B and I'm interested in building an integration with this tool. Here's an example how integration can enhance the features of the tool. I don't know the official process of feature requests, so I thought I should ask the maintainers via a GitHub issue. Would you guys be interested in the integration?

Any progres to support wandb in PaddleDet now?

@limberc I didn't get any response so I didn't work on this. I'd be happy to integrate this is any maintainer can confirm if they are interested
