Add @gutenye/ocr to README, an OCR Javascript/Typescript library that runs on Node.js, Browser, and React Native. Based on PaddleOCR and ONNX runtime

@gutenye/ocr 看起来是个很有价值的基于 PaddleOCR 的工作。但我现在不确定是否适合在 READEME.md 当中增加指向该项目的链接。一个原因是，现在的 READEME 已经有些冗长，需要进行精简；另一个原因是，增加指向该项目的链接，多少代表着 PaddleOCR 项目对该项目的背书，我还不确定这是否合适。

开源社区里现在有一些基于 PaddleOCR 的项目，也许我们可以在 README 中增加一个栏目（或其他方式），对他们做统一的介绍，来提升他们的 visibility ？
