hi @mohamadmansourX, cla is not signed yet, main upstream may need merge, and you may need use pre-commit to fix codestyle.

hi @mohamadmansourX, PPOCRLabel was moved to https://github.com/PFCCLab/PPOCRLabel. Is it possible to resubmit the PR in that repo?
