tool-helpers安装报错 #3811

安装paddlenlp和paddlespeech时，报错tool-helpers没有可安装的包：

系统信息：ubuntu20.04 系统架构：arm64 paddle版本：2.4.2

请问是不是tool-helpers没有arm64架构的安装包？
