Develop a tech stack to cover all major requirements and ensure compatibility.

Core

Next.js as the React framework
TypeScript as the programming language
Vercel for deployment
Next.js API routes for server-side API routes as the backend
NextAuth.js for authentication

Database

Prisma as the ORM for migrations and database access
PostgreSQL as the database

UI

Storybook for UI design
SASS with CSS modules for styling.
Bootstrap 5 for basic component styling.

Testing

Jest for testing

Stack will likely be based on the one used in the following article - https://vercel.com/guides/nextjs-prisma-postgres. This includes;

Next.js as the React framework
Next.js API routes for server-side API routes as the backend
Prisma as the ORM for migrations and database access
PostgreSQL as the database
NextAuth.js for authentication
TypeScript as the programming language
Vercel for deployment

The article demonstrates authentication using GitHub, but Google would be preferable.

Other tech to consider would be;

Jest for testing
Storybook for UI design
A library for swipe actions.
