Hide change events tab #69

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Change Events is a feature that requires specific licensing, and therefore not available for all PagerDuty customers. Currently if the account does not support change events, it will show an error message on the PagerDuty Card.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have an option to fully remove the change events tab from the PagerDuty Card to avoid additional clicks just to find out that the feature is not available after all.

Additional context This feature was requested by @asandoval and @jerroydmoore.

This feature is already present in the plugin but unfortunately undocumented. I have created an issue in the docs repository to track it. (https://github.com/PagerDuty/backstage-plugin-docs/issues/9)

The documentation on how to disable the change events tab has now been added to the official documentation page.

This issue is therefore resolved and will be closed.
