Macro Generator #159

We should define and add the ability to create macros easily with in the lib directory.

We should also allow users to easily input a custom location for where the code is created. We should consider asking questions instead of using predefined list of types.

The generator should be documented and consist of a structure that would allow users to convert the generated files to other templating formats OR allow users to use with static websites. We shouldn't build the tool to only work around Craft.

Maybe instead of a macro generator we just create a few basic macros that we will always use, such as the form elements macro along with an imager source set generator macro.
