The current heading are a bit ridiculous. Some of the larger sizes such as H1 and H2 will hardly ever be used. We should update the sizes to actually be usable throughout the Complex Content pages as they're intended. See Golden Ratio Typography for more info about calculating proper font sizes and line heights.

Rework base headings to adjust line height based on screen size & content width.
