Add in-browser delegation demo to Mina template #81

Draft pending #74.

Depends on https://github.com/PaimaStudios/paima-engine/pull/393.

Add middleware functions to compile and invoke DelegationProgram.
Add web frontend to Mina template that imports and calls into middleware.
Prompt wallet to sign a delegation order and prove the signature.
- Currently presents binary crap in (for example) Metamask; this could possibly be improved.

TODO:

[x] Possibly fix binary crap showing in wallet.
[x] Display something useful in the web page instead of just the console.
[ ] Submit generated DelegationProof to backend to demonstrate its validity.
[x] Move reusable parts to https://github.com/PaimaStudios/paima-engine/pull/393.
