I'd like to give participants some sort of certificate at the end of every semester to officially recognize the work they've done. To do this we need clear criteria for getting the certificate. (Hours worked? Meetings attended? Articles reviewed?) I'm open to having a few different certificates to recognize different levels of contribution as long as the criteria are clear.
