Game crash while Forge is loading #39

Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge 47.2.0 Presence Footsteps 1.9.1

before Forge even finishes loading, the game crashes with a simple "-1" error code crash i am guessing an incompatibility with another mod here is the latest.log:
