i dont think custom powerups are working #4

i've been playing using this mod for a few days using all the custom perks but i havent once gotten any of the custom powerup drops im using v1.3

if i add the zombies folder with the chugabud and powerups files into the mp folder the game crashes when i start a zombies game

latest Pluto update broke those gsc's.
