Depricate this package in favor of https://github.com/jw3126/UnitfulRecipes.jl #14

Based on recent activity, and the fact that this package is not registeres but UnitfulRecipes is, I conclude that this is an old package that has been replaced by UnitfulRecipes. If that is the case, the can this package be deleted or say this in the start of the Readme, so that it does not confuse new users like me?

I second the request of adding a "deprecated" warning in the start of README.

Although it didn't took me too long to find out that I should use UnitfulRecipes.jl instead, it would have been easier if it were stated right away here.
