I added Project.toml file. But authors = [] field is blank yet.

Thanks for the PR! But is this really necessary? This package isn't even registered and UnitfulRecipes.jl is a better replacement

No need to merge this PR. UnitfulRecipes.jl could successfully replace this package in our usage. Thank you.
