More pathogens in discussion #10

In the discussion, there is no reference back to pathogen outbreaks. If it’s going to be in the title, I think there needs to be something thinking about how this works helps us understand the impacts of outbreaks.

I've actually downplayed pathogens a bit, and will probably address this more clearly in the revisions for the paper.
