More pathogens in intro #8

I think there needs to be a bit more in the introduction about pathogen outbreaks, referring to what impacts they could have on presence absence data (increased mortality? decreased vigor leading to compromised function? increased seed production as a last attempt to get your genes out there? …)

Okay, maybe @IceAgeEcologist needs to take care of this, he's the one who promoted this :) or we need to cut pathogens back from the title again.

Both chestnut blight & dutch elm disease resulted in massively increased mortality on a landscape scale.
