For `BChron` we need the chron control sediment thicknesses. #30

In https://github.com/PalEON-Project/stepps-baconizing/blob/master/R/run_bchron.r#L54 the default thickness for chron controls is set to 4cm, but this needs to vary by the actual thicknesses.

We are dropping BChron analysis from the paper.
