Mulled container libbz2.so.1 shared libraries #17

Problem: Container for evigene produces the following error

/usr/local/bin/blastn: error while loading shared libraries: libbz2.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Possible solution: Add bzip2 to the container recipe
