Register with Register keys not working #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the registerpage.
2. Enter a Register Key.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The registration should continue after checking the key. Instead, you get a 
wrong url, no matter if you put in the right key or a wrong. The script calls a 
url like "http://sitename.com/\?p=account&sub=register"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.4, Ubuntu 13.04

Please provide any additional information below.
