Error "-100" install issue #378

When installing from the Market or sideloaiding from here, I continue to get 
error "-100" on 2nd gen Nexus 7 with the 4.3 touchscreen update and prior. If 
logs are needed, I have no idea how to generate it, at the moment.

I suspect that this is a known Play Store issue - unfortunately there isn't 
anything I can do about that one. If this doesn't match your symptoms, please 
let me know.

We’ve received reports that some users are getting "Package File Invalid" 
while trying to download or update apps.

We’re currently investigating a permanent solution, and there are no 
workarounds at this time.
