Arduino-1.8.2 and LUFA 151115 compatibility #2

I updated everything to work with Arduino-1.8.2 and LUFA 151115 (and probably future updates) Changes:

updated the install instructions
updated the example to work with the current versions
deleted the edited arduino core files, so we don't have to worry about them when there's another arduino release that changes something (we just have to edit the readme then)

I think that's all
