Feature: List all players instead of only the currently logged in player. #9

This is mostly useful for servers where there are multiple players. Having just one marker listed as "Player" isn't very useful. This will change it so all players are listed with their username.

(I've also already added in the player's color, as I'm trying to style the markers and controls in the style of the game itself.)

By the way, would you prefer discussion about the project to be held here in the github repository, or in the discussion section on the mod portal, or perhaps on the forums? There is a possibility to add a discussion section to the repository as well, so it wouldn't have to be in issues.

For discussions - my only real requirement is to have notifications. I get notifications from Github & the mod portal (well, I missed the last one it seems, but still), so those are better for me. I've activated the discussions in Github because I was curious. (The Factorio forum does not seem to allow to be notified for keywords, so I would only get notified for explicit mentions of my name - so, not so great).
