repeated files deleted, checked for ref internally #574

What kind of change does this PR introduce? The 3 files below have been deleted from the folder: 'functionalities':

  1. implementing-plugins-example.md
  2. implementing-plugins.md
  3. plugin-architecture.md

I have checked and seen to it that these files are not being referenced anywhere in the site
