Bug Report:- Current Documentation site hompage has responsiveness issue #622

Describe the bug Some part of the Documentation home page is broken, the main buttons are not aligned and images are overflowing this needs to be fixed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to Talawa homepage for the documentation website
  2. inspect and check the screen on various mobile devices

Expected behavior

Actual behavior A clear and concise description of how the code performed w.r.t expectations.
