Creation of auto side nav for Talawa Mobile Docs and linking it to the Drop-Down #672

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Talawa Mobile Docs workflow is running, it's important to generate an automatic side navigation panel for the files present in the Talawa Mobile Docs. Also, there's a need to establish a linkage between the documentation folder and the dropdown menu. Removing the previously utilized static Flutter documentation is also essential as it's no longer required.

Describe the solution you'd like Automatic side nav generation needs to be added for the Talawa mobile documentation, along with redirection to the correct folder in the DropDown Menu.
