Edit Event Screen inaccessible due DateFormat Parse Error #2464

Describe the bug The edit event screen is in accessible due to DateFormat parsing error displayed on screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login in an organization
  2. Open Events tab and then a event page
  3. Click on Edit Event icon.
  4. Error is displayed on screen

Expected behavior Edit Event Screen should be rendered

Actual behavior Due to Error Screen is inaccessible

@palisadoes This issue is no longer valid/reproducible on latest upstream, It should be closed now and closing the linked PR as well. Its been fixed by #2466.
