[BUG/ISSUE] No Regular Rumble when wired and Haptics mode is selected, similar to Audio haptics bug I have reported #32

Describe the bug when controller is wired in all emulation modes ( works native mode) no regular rumble is sent to controller, when a haptics option is selected maybe linked to the audio haptics issue I have reported. Needs a rumble passthrough feature like V2 when both can be selected together

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Select a Haptics mode
Select emulation 3.play game
