As requested by PALLADIO-503, I removed the hand-written StoEx parsers, serialisers and utilities and adjusted the code that used these classes.

The changes given by the other PRs will break Sirius code when the given change is not applied. I will check if I can reproduce the issue in the drop containing all changed code and open a new issue.
