csg_stat: stops without an error #112

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
In 1% of the cases csg_stat just stops without writing any dist.new file and
without an error message.

Default branch after 1.2 release are concerned.
Hybrid mapping or continue_execution are candidates for the problem.

I had the problem again:

begin to calculate distribution functions
# of bonded interactions: 0
# of non-bonded interactions: 6
nothing to be done - stopping here

It seems to be related to _continue_execution being false by default.
