csg_property: core dump if filtered property does not exist

Run:
csg_property --file setting.xml --short --path cg.non-bonded --filter name=NAME 
--print whatever
-This will fail as 'whatever' does not exist 
-A core file (1MB size) is created -> very annoying in csg_inverse runs as 
there are maybe 100s of this core files.

Actually it only happens on our thinc cluster when running through the queuing 
system.
