Removal of bundled boost #124

IBM has made progress to release a version of Boost for AIX. So I guess we can 
finally remove the bundled version of boost from VOTCA. Any objections? 

Konstantin has already updated the compile guide for AIX accordingly.

We should ask on the mailing list for comments.

We could possibly create a minimal boost tarball in the download section, but 
we haven't updated our boost for a very long time, which make it already 
outdated before its release.

There seem to be no complains from the developer side.

I will send an email to the mailing list to announce it, wait a bit and go 
ahead and remove it.
