dlpoly reader remove fortran layer #150

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

I have implemented a minimal dlpoly reader in pure c++, so the fortran layer is
not needed anymore.

At this point the c++ reader has even more functionality:
- exclusion lists (issue 147)
- read from user given directory (issue 144)

If there are no objections, I will just remove this part of the code.
This will also fix issue 143.

If the question is addressed to me, then you should have got the answer in our
earlier correspondence, from which I had an impression that this step
(exclusion of the F/C layer) had been done already in September.

So, I don't have any objection, and actually consider having pure C/C++ readers
a less error-prone way of coding. It must be more efficient in all respects too.

Please, let me know if you change your mind again, though.
