Cleanup googlesites_upload.py #59

This script is needed to automatically update google sites reference sections.

It should have options for:
  - user/password (this is already implemented)
  - which site to update
  - specifying local file for site update
  - update attachements/download files to publish manual

Ths script is in the admin repository scripts/googlesites_upload.py
