linking the social media icons to the social media handles #100

I can see that the social media icons in the footer of the website are not linked to any links. please add labels to this issue and assign me this issue.

@Pallavi1926 please add some labels so that I can start working (eg: label of level 1/2,hactoberfest,hactoberfest accepted, gssoc extd. , etc)
