Navigation Bar Transparency and Fixing at Top #129

I'm experiencing an issue with the navigation bar in my project. I want to make the navigation bar both transparent and fixed at the top of the page. While I have attempted to implement these features, I have not been able to achieve the desired effect.

I am currently working on this project under the GSSoC 2024 extended program and would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve these issues.
