flush isn't flushing #23

Looks like os.fsync() might be the solution to the cache writing.

Rolled in with https://github.com/PalmBeachPost/postgeo/commit/85a3c0b0347ed514d3e5628ec601953b5f32c58c ... We'll see if this works.
