Where is palmstonegames/kube-cert-manager:0.5.0 ? #93

The doc says to use this deployment which references 0.5.0 :

I don't understand, was it deleted ? Is it too soon ? Is it the wrong docker hub path ?

Also wondering what is going on here, failing at this step in getting started guide...

I found this at https://hub.docker.com/r/jlcrow/kube-cert-manager/ -- jclrow/kube-cert-manager:0.5.0

And to verify jlcrow is one of the contributors to kube-cert-managers github repo.

Not sure why it's not in the PalmStoneGames repo, though.

I anyone is interested, I have pushed in image to our repository:

iosphere/kube-cert-manager:5bba617

This contains the latest master commit 5bba617 with Go 1.9.2 and Alpine 3.7
