Description

Updated HomeSkillet to 10.1 , converted skillets to new playlist/workflow model and incorporated submodules to fit CDP. Also updated ReadTheDocs content

Motivation and Context

Updated content to align with most recent panos version

How Has This Been Tested?

Testing environment: panhandler version 4.5 2021-06-11T19:29:39 and NGFW running in Openstack. Homeskillet components and workflow were tested by me and other members of the team. Any issues that came up during testing were resolved.
