Firewalls Stuck to INIT State #21

Hi, I am tried to deploy Auto Scaling lab using Version-2.0 by following below guide and don't see a web page while accessing using public load balancer DNS name. https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/vm-series/8-0/vm-series-deployment/set-up-the-vm-series-firewall-on-aws/auto-scale-vm-series-firewalls-with-the-amazon-elb/autoscale-template-version2_0/launch-the-vm-series-auto-scaling-template-for-aws-v20.html#

As mentioned in STEP 11 and 12, when tried to troubleshoot, I fond in the DynamoDB firewalls InstanceState should be READY as per the guide, where in my setup it is INIT. Please find attached screenshot for the reference. INIT_State

Can you please help resolve this? Or is this a known issue?

I am not using version-2.1 as I don't have Panorama and it seems its mandatory.

I got it through by using an AMI listed on below URL. Earlier by default I was using latest firewall AMI shown on to AWS portal after subscribing. https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/compatibility-matrix/vm-series-firewalls/aws-cft-amazon-machine-images-ami-list/images-for-pan-os-8-1.html#
