Description

Updated ELF categories to Alert for the alert-only AV profile and enable for the rest. Also updated tag version number for 10.0.

Motivation and Context

Required IS 10.0 content update.

How Has This Been Tested?

ran snippets of xml and set commands locally against my NGFW and they updated as expected.
